Our church’s mission is to fulfill the purpose of Christ Jesus´ first advent, and that is accomplished by preparing a people to be caught up to meet Him in the air at his second advent. Therefore, we believe that the "Great Commission" given by Christ Jesus to his Apostles is perpetual.
That is that the Apostles were to pass their "baton" forward to other Overseers of the church, or "Angel" of the church, namely the Pastor; and it’s the Pastors’ responsibility to hold fast the foundation of the church which is based upon the "Apostle’s Doctrine" of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The preparation of a people for the Lord’s return for his church is not measured by numbers of a congregation, nor building a grand cathedral, nor how one is materially prospering; but this preparation is summed up in these few words: "being born again of the Holy Ghost," and making other disciples for Christ continually…

The Nathaniel A. Pannell Class Room is used as a satellite entity for the Eastern Union Bible College at Mt. Lebanon under the tutelage of Pastor Carter. He also conducts workshop and lecture series from the Books of Daniel and The Revelation of Jesus Christ at the church. |

Our Belief
We believe that the Apostle Creed is divinely inspired, and that the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ is universal regardless of denomination. We believe that God has used, and continue to use whom He choose to deliver His Gospel to a dying world seemingly racing toward judgment regardless of gender.
This does not mean that the man’s responsibility to lead his family (home); this does not mean that the man’s lead role in the church as Pastor has diminished. We believe that gender in the “Holy Bible” does apply based upon contextual, exegetical interpretation of Scripture. (Jeremiah 3:15; Acts 20:28)
